Betheny Hall

Betheny Hall is a freelance writer for music and fashion magazines as well as websites. She is also a successful blogger and poet who has had over 6 years experience within radio, editorial and PR.

Betheny graduated from University of Portsmouth in 2008 with a 2:1 in Media and Creative Writing. After securing a regular slot in the university magazine Pugwash, Betheny then went to continue writing for online magazines such as Whispermag, Notjustalabel and Mix Mag.

While studying Betheny ran two radio shows at the station, Pure FM. With a sound knowledge in music, Betheny has continued to use this passion to attend music and fashion events across the country for her blog and publications. In 2009 Betheny covered London Fashion Week, The Big Chill Festival and Design Week in London for editorials including EMAP. Her blog continues to grow with updates on current trends, London culture and fashion.

Betheny continues to work freelance while working within music events and has gained some excellent contacts over the years including 9PR, Exposure PR and Ten Lifestyle. Recent jobs include reviewing the Top 100 DJ Awards at the end of October and Fashion Press Week.
